In order to enrich the staff's spiritual and cultural life and improve their cohesion and executive ability, the company leaders decided to organize the staff to go to The West Sea of Lushan Mountain for an outdoor activity for two days and one night from October 22 to 23, 2019. The activity was a complete success.
At 7:30 in the morning of 22nd, the bus started from the company on time and finally arrived at the expansion base after a nearly 3-hour drive. We checked in shuiyunjian Xihai Love Hotel, divided our rooms, put down our luggage, and gathered at the gate of the hotel. Since then, the expansion was officially opened.
Our leader is Coach Yu, a serious and funny man. Our group came to the front lawn of the hotel. At the beginning, we all stood in line, free and undisciplined, and Shouting slogans were weak. The coach gave us the punishment of squatting shoulder to shoulder. "Team warm-up" in the morning enables students to quickly integrate into the team atmosphere, correct their mentality, and enhance their enthusiasm for participation; Military appearance, military posture requirements, counting training, stand at attention and at rest, squat and stand up, stop turning between, set up the execution of the injunction consciousness. Finally, near noon, the coach completed the team grouping by sorting, formed the team, selected the team leader, vice captain and flag bearer, and assigned each team a task: their team name, slogan, team logo, team song, and posing with their feet off the ground.

Gather on the lawn at 2pm to open up the students' state through a warm-up program and a "coach talk" game. Then the minefield for water and three rounds of poker project, seemingly simple small program, many participants are leading to a series of communication and cooperation, constantly exposed in the activity, the team has no clear division of labor cooperation, or a division of labor, but not very good implementation, task is not completed.
After dinner, the teams take a break and think about a performance for the evening. Because we all have no talent, the evening of the 3 programs are singing, are: "Chinese", "the world only mother good", "Learn from Lei Feng good example", the coach three words summary: very boring!! Then the coach taught us rub garment dance, play the 1 yuan 5 horn, balloon racer, theater donate supplies such as games, at last people eating barbecue, K song, rendering through song, dance performances and team game, the party in the relaxed happy atmosphere, you release yourself, pull close the distance between each other, together with the team, lit the infinite passion.
At 8 o 'clock on the morning of 23rd, the team members had breakfast. In the morning, we had a competition of the South-to-North Water Diversion project. At last, we had a large-scale team activity -- ventilator project, which tested the ability of a team to communicate and execute from top to bottom. The extension activity was successfully completed and team 2 (the winning team) won the first place in the end.
1 PM, check out, gather at the hotel entrance, visit Wuning time tunnel, dream corridor -- Wuning Bridge bridge; Visit Wuning Museum, the pearl of the West Sea. At 3:30 PM, we got on the bus, returned to our warm and comfortable home, and happily ended the Hongxin Group 2019 Lushan Xihai Outdoor Activity.

6-day tour to Thailand for Hongxin Company in 2018
